Returns

Thirty days from the day your order is delivered.

Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened fidget or sensory toys.

Email natalyamallon@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with instructions.

Once the return arrives and passes a quick check, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Send a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, with no return needed.
